The cyber cafe is located in the modern Mabinay Convention Center and features eight 17 inch color monitors with fast computers and high speed internet access via the PLDT (Philippines Long Distance Telephone Company) satellite connection. PLDT is the largest telephone and internet service provider in the Philippines. The internet cafes specialty, however, is affordable rates. They are open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The location of the cyber cafe is in front of the Convention Center on the National Highway in Botong, Lumbangan, Mabinay, Oriental Negros, Philippines. They have been having trouble with their satellite dish in recent times, so you should probably contact them before going there for internet access.
