Sillim 9-Dong Seoul Internet Cafes
Now the National Statistical Office has mapped which part of Seoul has the highest concentration of PC Bangs available. According to the survey, the highest concentration is at Sillim 9-dong, Gwanak-gu, which, in fact, has more cybercafes than any other part of the country. There are some 80 Internet cafes in Shillim 9-dong, which tops the list of all of Korea's 2,572 administrative districts for the number of PC Bangs available.
