Shanghai internet cafes include Infohighway and 3C & T.

In addition to the internet cafes in Shanghai, you can get online at the Shanghai Library (Hua Hai Xi Lu, Shanghai) at a cost of RMB 5 per hour. The library has lots of computers but you need to attain a membership card to use the computers.

Many also get online at the newer hotels in Shanghai, as they have guest computers and business centers for computer use. Often, you pay for the use of these computers in similar fashion as you'd pay at an internet cafe.
