To own a cyber cafe is very much like owning any other business: you need to learn from successful businesses in your field.

You do not need to reinvent the wheel when starting your own business in the internet cafe field. Instead, you should take a long and hard look on the existing businesses in the field that are thriving and preferably have been in the business for a long time.

Some of the things you should learn from existing businesses include

the way they market their services,

how much they have invested into computers and other equipment,

how they have chosen their location

how much they charge for their services

and what services they offer

When chart these things, and do so over a list of successful internet cafe businesses, some common things will emerge. However, you need to take into consideration that some things only work in certain areas.

That is even more true when looking at things over the country lines. Some things may work in other countries but not in others.

One of the ways to formalize this research of how other internet cafe's have made their businesses a success is to fill scaled down business plans based on how these businesses run their affairs and learn from what you learn from these businesses.
