A New Cajun Restaurant to Open in Twin Cities

A new Cajun restaurant has opened in Twin Cities, the second such restaurant in the Bloomington area.

The new Cajun restaurant opened on the 30th of April, at 1701 S. Veterans Parkway in Bloomington. This comes not-too-long after the opening of Creole Cafe (in downtown Bloomington), which opened in March.

The specialities of the new restaurant are to include gumbos in different varieties, red beans and rice, spicy Cajun chicken, dirty rice, shrimp and hot wings.

But the new restaurants will not be all about Cajun cuisine. Accoring to the co-owner of the restaurant, Diane Cattaneo, they will serve sandwiches and pizzas, too.

If you'll be able to make it to the grand opening, you'll be able to catch performances by entertainer Steve Reno and puppeteer Doc Lowery.
