New Internet Cafe Opens in Salem, Oregon
An Internet cafe called Bites and Bytes has opened in the basement of the Reed Opera House in downtown Salem. In related news, Portland, not too far from Salem, has a real Internet Wi-Fi cafe boom going on. Some analysts are even saying that Portland is one of the most "unwired" cities in U.S. at the moment. There are even Portland Wi-Fi cafes that also have in-house computers, like traditional cybercafes do. One of these cafes is the La Dolce Vita Internet Cafe: La Dolce Vita Internet Café On top of in-house computer access, you can enjoy their chocolate covered sugar cookies, panini sandwiches, and pizza bagels.
