The industry is changing very rapidly, with old Internet cafes closing down and new ones popping up. Also, some companies may remove the computers and concentrate on the coffee shop side of business. Therefore, before you go to any of the cafes, it's best to phone them beforehand, just to check that they still offer computer access to their customers.
