Cyber Cafe Price

How to set your cyber cafe price for services is one of the drivers of how successful the internet cafe will be.

When setting prices for internet cafe's services, you have to consider some basic things, such as how much the customers are willing to pay, what competition charges for the services, and how much you need to run a profitable company.

One of the starting points is to figure out how much you need to charge based on your estimated number of customers.

To come to that figure, you need to consider both fixed and variable costs.

Fixed costs for a typical internet cafe include the computers, rent for the space, and variable costs include snacks and food sold at the cafe, paper, and computer repair costs.

Once you have a baseline figure, plus the profit margin you would like to have, you can compare your estimations to competition and to other cafes, to see not only what others are charging, but also how customers are likely willing to pay to keep them coming to the cyber cafe.

You have to remember that pricing is typically a very regional variable, meaning it depends on where you look at and also the type of customers you are after (gamers, tourists, business people, and so on).
