Best internet cafe list was released by Yahoo! for the 10 year anniversary of internet cafes, in 2004.

Yahoo! Mail Internet Cafe Awards were chosen from over 1000 nominations for internet cafes in 111 countries. Yahoo estimated there to be, in 2004, internet cafes operational in over 171 countries.

Some of the awards given out were for the Most Remote Cybercafe (Cafe Polyvalent in Timbuktu, Mali) and Most Stylish (Phlegmatic Dog in Moscow).
