Australian Budget Airlines

Australian budget airlines market has been one of the growth stories of the past few years. In addition to the several existing low cost airlines, there are many in planning stage by the regional Asian full service airline giants.

One of the best known no frills airlines competing in the sector is Virgin Blue, one of the companies started by the famous British entrepreneur Richard Branson. They've been very successful despite strong competition and seem destined to continue strong growth.
